Yes, we do offer custom design services! Every design and project is unique, if you don't see your idea listed in our shop you can get a free quote for your custom design. Please be as detailed as possible when filling out the form for the best pricing estimate.

Th client will purchase their service through our shop. The client will recieve an email from their designer with 24-48 hours to set up an online consultation. During this online meeting, we first begin by discussing the clients ideas, needs/requirements, target audience and any additional services or fees. Then, we ask for samples of existing project that the clients like and dislike to get an idea of their style and what they are going for. This process will ensure the designer has enough information before working on the project. The designer will begin working and send the delivery through email or Google Drive if needed the client will request revisions.

All designs are digital and will be delivered through Google Drive, iCloud or email. You may request your delievery style at checkout in the note. To avoid any inconveniences please provide a valid email address and phone number that you wish to recieve your order from.

Due to the unique nature of each project and design, the turnaround time may vary from a few days to a few weeks. You can find an estimated turnaround time under each service in our shop.

An online consulation is requested by your designer for most premium services or custom orders. The purpose of this meeting is to gain further insight on your vision for your project. These consultations will be on Google Meet a link will be sent a few minutes before your scheduled time.

If for any reason a client needs a refund they must request it within 24 hours of purchase. Due to the nature of the digital designs there are no refunds after the project or design have been started or delievered to the client.
